The SeSiMCMC project was originally presented at BGRS-2002 as a poster (see pp. 31-33 of volume 1 of BGRS'2002 proceedings for the abstract).
The algorithm and the results of its application to identification of ArcA (negative response regulator of genes in aerobic pathways) binding sites in E. coli were originally presented by A. Favorov in a talk at BRGS'2004. See pp 269-272 of volume 2 of BGRS'2004 proceedings for the abstract of the talk.
